Vinton County Jail Facility
Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail is the only detention facility identified for Vinton County facility-page coverage. Mail for an SEORJ inmate uses the inmate's name and ID number, then Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail, PO Box 76550, Highland Heights, KY 41076. That mail address is different from the jail's street address, which suggests outsourced mail processing. Use the name and ID number exactly.
